Things You Need to Know
Damaged items
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!
Wrong size
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us at beamaster@mtfitpros.com and we'll let you know what your next steps are. Returned items must be in their unused condition including tags and hygiene stickers. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned.
You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange. Once we receive your exchange request, an invoice will be sent to your email for the delivery cost of your exchange. If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item with a higher value, the difference in cost of the exchanged item will be required.
Price adjustments are available on items purchased at original price 24 hours before a sale. Please use the Master Trainer Fit Pros return labels. Master Trainer Fit Pros will not be held responsible for any associated fees as well as packages lost in transit or delivered incorrectly.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. Please allow 3 business days for any exchange to be processed on merchandise that were received damaged.
Shipping and Delivery
How It Works
Processing/Fulfillment time
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped out. Most orders will be processed and fulfilled way sooner than expected. Please note that this time frame is not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. During sales and high volume periods processing time MAY be longer.

Order never arrived
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at beamaster@mtfitpros.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
Pre-Order Items
Items listed as 'PRE-ORDER' require a longer processing time and are dispatched at a later date than usual. Dispatch dates are stated in the product description and vary between items. If you order an item listed as "PRE-ORDER - 'name of item'" this means that your order is placed on a waiting list and is dispatched within the stated time range or specific date in the product description.
Dispatch notification
If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by sending an email to beamaster@mtfitpros.com including your order number.
Item not delivered/ Gave Incorrect Information
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may be delayed. Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be resent if a package cannot be traced. We are NOT responsible for being given the wrong information. With that being said, your order will be recharged on your behalf if necessary.
Customs Charges
Almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Master Trainer Fit Pros has no control over these charges as they vary between countries.
