Whether you’re looking for a new workout or simply want to consult with an experienced and professional Certified Nutrition Coach, Drew Jackson is your go-to person for all your wellness needs.

 

Drew is a Certified ISSA & NASM Fitness Trainer and current owner and Operator of Master Trainer Fit-Pros, with over 25 years experience in the field of health and fitness.  

 

Specializing in 1 on 1 and group training for: Athletic Performance, Strength, Training, Cardiovascular & Endurance Training, Core Training, Stretch & Flexibility, Kickboxing, Rehabilitation and Special Populations, High School & Collegiate Level Athletic Training, Childhood Obesity Prevention  

 

Former Trainer and PT Director- Bally Total Fitness, NY Sports Club, Gold’s Gym, and Powerhouse Gym.  

Drew also owned and Operated 3 of his privately owned locations in NY and Directed various Corporate Wellness Programs.

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Power yoga is a vinyasa style class, which connects movement and breath into a flowing sequence of postures designed to promote strength, balance, and flexibility.

 

I walked into my first power yoga class in 2017, and never looked back! I use my yoga practice to work through the stress and anxiety that pops up in everyday life, and my goal as a teacher is to help you do the same. When I'm not on my mat, you can find me checking out Richmond's incredible restaurant scene, or taking too many pictures of my two cats, Chubbs and Jack.

I'M BRIAN

PERSONAL TRAINER.

Since my discharged from the Corps in 2007, I continued to train and assist clients from every level of fitness from young students looking to improve in a specific sporting program to training hopeful candidates preparing for police academy or the Armed Forces to assisting older clients looking to improve their quality of life after major surgeries such as hip, knee, and shoulder replacement.

 

I attained a passion for mixed martial arts while serving and try to implement the strikes and movements in my personal regiment along with my training. I also love to instruct HIIT and Boot Camp classes.

 

So rather your goal is to begin your fitness journey, be pushed to a higher level of fitness, improve your strength, conditioning, endurance, build muscle, recover from an injury, or to improve your day to day functionality, I will to get you to your goal and beyond.

I have been training 10 Years as a Personal Trainer and have achieved a NASM Certification. My philosophy/style is that our bodies are Temples! We heavily invest in adorning our bodies with the latest fashions, makeup, and fads. Why not invest in constructing a healthy body? Healthy living begins from the inside out.

 

I tailor specific, fun, and positive sessions based on my client's needs and goals. Together, we will tackle the barriers and overcome all obstacles.
