Power yoga is a vinyasa style class, which connects movement and breath into a flowing sequence of postures designed to promote strength, balance, and flexibility.

My Story

I walked into my first power yoga class in 2017, and never looked back! I use my yoga practice to work through the stress and anxiety that pops up in everyday life, and my goal as a teacher is to help you do the same. When I'm not on my mat, you can find me checking out Richmond's incredible restaurant scene, or taking too many pictures of my two cats, Chubbs and Jack.
